Very good quality and sturdy. Prefect for weights and body weight exercises. It doesn't tip when positioned near the edge for exercises like tricep dips. It also comes with an exercise guide and the little storage section is useful. It is easy to set up and reposition for different exercises.

I have been needing a bigger step to let me do bodypump classes without my head or backside hanging off the bench. Spotted the step deck and liked the versatility of the various options. Ordered it and it arrived very quickly (I’m not a prime customer). Bonus that it was ready assembled as well. Put it straight to use and it is very sturdy yet easy to manoeuvre for classes like grit and body pump. Read about people who have trapped/almost trapped fingers but there is no risk of this if you are remotely aware of not jamming your fingers in doors or windows. Kinda puggled me how some people live to be honest! Anyhow great product for a small gym space.

It is super. Exactly as shown and described. Sturdy and does not slip about. Personally it is wide enough, so not issues with that. Definitely be careful with fingers with the extension feet but that would be the same with any of the Decks. Price was very reasonable, cannot see how the 'branded' alternatives could be any better for the increase in cost.

Why did I choose this item over others? Simple.....it was cheaper. That’s the honest answer. I have been uusingthis bench as a replacement for my weight training bench, and overall, it does the job well. It’s perfectly usable for most types of weight training and I can honestly say that if I saw this item in PureGym I would be the first one to make an effort to avoid it. Why you ask..because its too low and makes certain exercises like dumbbell bench press a awkward, especially if you’re taller. And awkward when weight training leads to injuries. Also, there is no padding so for anything where you’re lying flat on your back, it can feel like you’re on a concrete slab. I recommend putting a towel down for extra comfort. That said, seated exercises are absolutely fine, and the low seat actually encourages proper dismounting. Especially for you serial weight-droppers (you know who you are), which is more than I can say for some benches in commercial gyms. Would I use it in PureGym if it were there? Absolutely not. But for home training, it’s more than good enough especially for the price. Despite those points, I wouldn’t dismiss this product. It’s affordable, functional, and ideal for some home workouts just be aware of the height and hardness before buying. ​ Why did you choose this product over others?:​ Because it was cheaper. It is hard, it is low, and I have no idea how to safely make it higher (other than put it on a couple of bits of wood or place the legs on my old free weights).

Great quality, a bit heavy but sturdy, so I guess that’s the way it has to be. Much versatile than a conventional bench.

I’ve had this for a few weeks now and I have no complaints. It is very well made and is well priced against the Reebok and Adidas ones. You can use it for a plethora of tasks in your daily workout so I would say if you are thinking about getting one do it, you won’t be disappointed.

It's brilliant for.a smaller places, ease of assembly, very adjustable very sturdy great colour very versatile only problem as luckily I read about before is Watch your fingers with the folding in out of the legs. I still nearly took my fingers off. But it really is idea.

It's sturdy and well made ...but waaaaay too small ! The description claims it is 1. 2 metres long but the actual work out space is 86cm ...the main problem I found is the bench is very narrow ( around 30cm) and impossible to do a step work out on ( unless you want to break your ankles ) It's a good sturdy bench if you are a very small and slim person ...although rather expensive for just a bench Ps Notice how the positive reviews are written in poor and broken English? As if written by a Chinese person ? And bear an uncanny resemblance to the wording of the instruction manual...incidentally the product was made in China ....just saying !
