Rarely have I seen a product packaged so well and so thoughtfully assembled. This is a company that takes pride in their work and delivers a high-quality product at a reasonable price. I own an enterprise-class color laser printer that can print 11"x17" at 600 dpi so I've often looked for frames in that size for gifts and home decorating. These frames are the best value that I've seen. Each individual frame is bubble-wrapped, then shrink-wrapped together as a group, then boxed with protective plastic corners to prevent damage during shipping. The plexiglass has a clear plastic coating on both sides with convenient pull-tabs for removal. There is a "goodie bag" with two guitar picks (used to bend up the metal tabs during assembly) and six white plastic wall hooks. With this kit, all you need are five suitable photos and a hammer. Well done!

These frames are as basic as you can get BUT, they are made and packaged really well. Someone here made a big deal about the packaging being so great, and at the time I was thinking "so?" NOW I know what they meant. The manufacturer took no chances of any breakage or "bendage" occurring in transit.Now a word about the frames themselves: perfect! They're ideal for concert posters which are usually exactly 11"x17". I used 2 for that purpose. I also had 2 art prints that needed to be framed and they look stunning in these frames. The last one was a campaign poster that just fell into my hands days ago. I wondered what I might do with that fifth frame - question answered. LOLThey are wonderfully lightweight, which is was I was looking for in frames this size.I didn't use the accompanying white mats - 2 different sizes were included with each frame - because I just didn't need them. They're perfectly good mats.If you are a collector of concert promo posters YOU NEED THESE! AND YOU CAN AFFORD THEM TOO! At $6 apiece, they are an excellent deal and they look great.

Perfect size for some poster prints I purchased, real tempered glass, does have to layers of film one on each side of glass that you need to rake off; love that though it's added protection for the transport process. Love that it comes with two sizes sturdy thick paper cut out frames in each picture frame in case you need to layer them on your picture. I didn't need to use them because the posters were exactly the size of the glass frame. They come with their own hardware to hang and a pick to easily bend open the metal holders on the back of the frame; that was a plus, I didn't have to struggle. I will order again for other posters I will get in the future. .... Tempered glass is strong; one of the frames fell off the wall in my bathroom and the glass did not break; I don't think I hammered the nails in properly on that one, all other frames are hung well, have not fallen off wall.

They are just frames, but nice. Packaged extremely well. Dang! Wrapped in everything! Bubble wrap, plastic wedges, then MORE packaging on the individual frames. Maybe it is just bad packaged over the years that has got me excited to actually receive an item that has been so carefully wrapped, but it is nice. Takes a while to open, but nothing is going to break! I ordered these for work, but I am going to have to order some more to do a wall at home.

Each frame comes individually wrapped, protected and is sturdy along with lightweight. It has an elegant look to it, love the insert options to use for smaller photo sizes and hardware included. Great deal!

This is the second time I bought these frames. The first time it’s a frame some pictures of my daughter from when she was little my second pack of five went to framing sent list and tour posters that I’ve accumulated. Perfect.

First of all, these are the best packaged frames I've ever purchased. The quality is good in general, but exceptional when you take price into account. If you need multiple frames in the same size, these can't be beat. I would definitely order them again.

Great product to hang posters in a classroom. Light frame, the plexiglass was coated to keep from scratching, and they also came with materials to hang the frames. Perfect for the intended use, thank you!

The frames arrived quickly and were packaged well so weren't damaged in transit. Quality seems fine. Perspex is flexible and safer than glass.However, the dimensions in the product title and description do NOT match the product! I ordered these frames because I specifically needed a larger frame with a matte opening that was 11x14 inches, which is how this was described in the title and in the written description. The dimensions in the images were slightly different though - but there was no way to contact the seller to clarify. So I hedged my bets and purchased anyway, as I hadn't been able to find a frame to suit my needs as above anywhere online or in store in Australia.Alas, the dimensions in the images are correct and the description/title is WRONG! This is NOT a 12x16 frame with 8x10 and 11x14 matte. It's a 12x16" frame with 8x10 and 8.5x11" matte!! This is not obvious in the pictures because the description printed on the packaging is obscured by the matte when the frame is packaged up.I had to spend another $60AUD on a matte bevel cutting tool to rectify - as mentioned, this was the closest frame I'd been able to find that suited my needs so a return was not an option.Buyer beware.

Delivery and quality are all good, however I purchased these frames based on the description of a 11x14” display with mat. This is not the case. The biggest display size is 8.5 x 11” with the Matt. So disappointed!
