Q: Good morning i bought a printer hp officejet pro 8030 series in on this site i was told that i will get ink for eight months free, never happen

Be very careful with this instant ink program. Once you enrol, your printer is monitored by HP and if you cancel the instant ink, your printer is still monitored and the ink cartridges will not work. If you try anything but HP ink, it will not work. HP smart printers are not the ticket if you choose to use 3rd party ink.

Q: Has anyone actually received 1 year of ink with the purchase of this printer?

I’ve had 2 printers and have never run out of ink. This printer came with the extra 6 months supply, it’s not 8 months. Not sure why you run out of ink

Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Officejet Pro 8025e printer does not have automatic duplex scanning. We recommend looking at the HP Officejet Pro 9015e or 9025e printers, which do have the capability to do automatic duplex scanning.
