Q: How do I use your warranty to get a replacement screen? The touch is getting spotty ok this one

The warranty is best used by not using it and buying from a different source. I’m on my second screen and they seem to start failing within 4-6 weeks. This is not a reliable product.

Q: Installed ok. screen works great. but wow within 5 minutes it gets incredibly hot/ temp shut down burn smell. the front camera area???

If the install isn’t done properly you can interfere with other internal components resulting in other issues. It seems like it may be better to have a certified tech look into it, if isn’t too late.

Q: The camera cable broke when I was takiing the phone apart - is there a replacement?

I’ve seen replacement cameras so yes it is replaceable.

Q: is this kit comes with the back cover ?

Hi dear. This kit is a full retina LCD screen and came with all the tools needed to replace the screen.But the back cover is not included .Thanks for your attention.
