Q: Is this product oil free? I have rosacea and am directed to use oil free facial products.

The 2nd ingredient listed is petrolatum, so it is not oil free. However, as previously noted, it's very light & non-irritating. I've been happy with it. Another user with rosacea is also happy with it, so I suggest you give it a go & see for yourself.

Q: How does it feel on the skin? Light or more heavy?

My skin tends to be dry. Sebamed is absorbed very quickly and never feels heavy or greasy.
