Q: Is there a way to adjust the eq on this product? i want to run it directly into a powered speaker, bypassing any mixer and the eq that comes along wit

I'm not aware of any way to do this. I run mike to Perform V then to the mixer, unpowered. When I want to record from my keyboard USB port, I add a mike pre-amp to boost the signal before it goes to Line In on the keyboard. The unit is too bright but otherwise works great!

Q: Are there any mic stands that the clip actually fits on? i have on-stage and dr brand mic stands and i don't want to force it to make it fit...

It fits on standard mic stands I'm not sure

Q: Can this work batteries?

No, the Perform V does not run on batteries. You'll need an AC source.
