* NEW hinged-lid design fits many commercial immersion circulators including Anova One, Anova Precision WiFi / Bluetooth, Nokimu Classic and SansAire. The package combines a 6.5 gal. capacity polycarbonate pan with our unique 6L2 hinged lid.
The lid has tough acrylic hinges that solve the problem of hot water dripping from the underside of the lid onto you or your counter top.
Threaded nylon knobs hold lid securely to pan. Lid opens a full 100 deg. for easy access to your rack and pouches
Pan and lid are made of tough, crystal clear polycarbonate that withstands temperatures to 210 F, is NSF and FDA listed and dishwasher safe
Pan with lid dimensions: 21"L x 12.75"W x 8"H. Max recommend water depth:: 7.5"
This is our "Large pan" package that accommodates the needs for commercial establishments and serious home sous vide cooks. The pan will accomodate up to two of our SVE expandable stainless steel rack (sold separately) The all-new 6L2 hinged lid makes those dripped-on wet counters (and clothes) a thing of the past. The 6.5 gal. capacity pan is 8" deep and large enough for multiple roasts, rib racks or loins.. Lid cut-out is sized to fit most commercial circulators including Anova One, Anova Precision, Nokimu Classic, SansAire. We can also make custom cut-outs for any circulator you have including VacMaster, PolyScience, etc.
