One of the most useful things I've bought
Bought this on a bit of whim, as I needed to cut some cement fibre boards (3m) length ways and I wanted a straight cut. Incredibly easy to use, it doesn't slip on the cutting item (used on wood, plasterboard, fibre board, soffitting). Awesome.

Save time and money especially if like me your an amiter 9.5/10 grate product.
This set up is saving me a lot of time not needing to keep getting the tape measure out. It is also saving me money on not having to recut sheets due to wavy cuts or miss measured sizing. If I had to find a fault it would be the plastic parts could of been made with a better quality plastic if you have a heavy saw it can flex a bit. Imy using a 18v makita saw and it works grate. It's a bit fiddly to set up but once it's done it's done you can keep it set up with your saw on it or just remove the saw and next time you need it then it's all set up you just need to slide your saw on tighten the holding screws and your off. Overall Yeh it's a little expensive but like I said you save money on time on material. I would have to highly recommendit especially if like me your just a amiter D.I.Y guy it's easy once set up to keep cutting straight accurate cut I would give it a 9.5/10.

Great item
Great addition to your circular saw if you rip big boards down and dont have a table saw. Set up instructions arnt great if you buy this set because you set it up for the rip cut then if you use the track you have to do it again. Plastic is a bit off putting but overall the tool is very usefull

I was a bit worried, but it works brilliantly
I wanted to cut 40 cm wide x 224 cm long strips from a big sheet of 18 mm plywood to make a set of shelves. Previously to do this, I would have made a pencil line, and then run my circular saw by hand up the line. I always ended up with wobbly cuts. The rip cut came with a set of instructions how to assemble it and how to attach my circular saw in English (not just a load of difficult to follow diagrams that you see with Ikea flat packs). So it was easy to assemble and adjust the metric (cm) cutting guide to fit my saw. Then I simply set the cut to 40 cm, placed my sheet of plywood on a foam insulating board (I think that this is pretty well essential, so that the plywood is supported nicely, and the blade can go into the insulating foam without getting blunt), and holding the guide firmly against one edge, I made the cut (stopping from time to time to let me crawl on my knees up the length of plywood). Result, perfectly parallel 40 cm wide strips. I should have bought one of these ages ago. Not yet used the other guide that lets you cut diagonals etc.

Wish I had bought this sooner
I was installing shelves to fit my garage and this tool saved me so much time and every board I cut was straight and the same width with minimum effort. great tool

to flimsy
it took me less than 2 days to destroy the strips due to the play that is in the sleigh, so thats 100 punds wasted

Buy it if you rip a lot of sheet material.
Highly recommend this to avoid purchasing a table saw straight away. Great for construction use and machining sheets into smaller pieces. Good build quality but I think they should’ve made the locks/clamps from metal not plastic.

I worked on an outdoor bench a while ago and had to use plywood for the bench top and had an awful time cutting it into size and into final dimension. I use to shy away from large Plywood pieces because it's just so difficult to cut into workable dimension. I decided to purchase the Kreg Accu cut and Accu rip . I made 2 more outdoor benches and they were so easy and quick to make thanks to both the items. I used youtube to help setup the both the kreg systems and off I went. definitely recommend this product. If I was to only have either the Cut or the Rip , I would take the Accu Cut . Both are amazing and this package comes with both so no need to decide but if you had to I think the Accu Cut is more useful

I'm a beginner woodworker. I'm not comfortable using my table saw alone yet, so these tools have allowed me to rip big sheets of plywood, square off heavy table tops, even make repeatable cuts for making drawers. It's extremely easy to use and is extremely accurate! I use these both consistently. Don't wait just buy them!

I'm very surprised there is play in the track... for a kreg item I expected no play at all but there is about 1/4 play. Dont know if that is normal or if I got a dud. Other than that I am happy with it. Easy to assemble, easy to use.

Paid for itself in the first small project. I bought it to avoid buying a table saw. It did not fit my worm drive Skil saw. Bought a second circular saw to leave the sled on all the time. I am not going to buy a table saw.
