The brush size fits great in the mouth for the front teeth as well as the back teeth. I have sensitive teeth and started using this brand two years ago and it is the best. Gentle bristles that slide across your teeth and gums not irritating. Most worry about soft bristles not cleaning, but I have not had any cavities

I like the firm handle, ergonomically held. The soft bristles to soft. Feels like they are coming off. Little too soft for me.
