Q: Can i plug in an ipod/mp3? Does it have an input socket?

Hi there I can confirm that this model does NOT have a line input socket however the smaller Tribit Stormbox (not Pro) does have a 3.5mm line input socket. I have both models and in some ways the regular Stormbox is a better overall unit given the size and price difference (so good I bought 3 of them...)

Q: Can you hear this over a hot tub ?

It’s waterproof,I believe yes,must keep the charging port area closed

Not sure what you mean, I can change volume on the system or my phone if thats what you meant.

Q: Can you daisy chain together stormbox with a stormbox pro

If daisy chain means pairing a stormbox with a pro the answer is no. You can only pair similar ones. Example: Pro with Pro, Stormbox with Stormbox
