Q: Is the "12 inch line" roll 12"x100yards?

Yes, it is 12" wide and 100 yards long.

Q: Does it have the 4075 written inside the roll? I ordered some from somewhere else and it has nothing inside the roll and will not pick up the vinyl.

Dear customer, The original RTAPEs have the model number written inside the roll along with the RTAPE logo. If the one that you bought does not have it, then probably it is a generic transfer tape.

Q: What's the difference between your "r-tape conform 4075rla" and the "rtape 4075 conform high tack" i'm about to buy, besides it's "the world's best"?

Hi, Well, This is an interesting question which has a simple answer: both are the same product. RTape Conform® with RLA® comes with different tack level: low, medium, High and very high. RLA4075 are high tack; standard weight paper application tape with a high tack rubber adhesive. Perfect for small to midsized pre-spaced vinyls and printed graphics.

Q: Will I be able to use this to transfer letter on balloons

I haven't tried, but I would think so. I use it for transferring vinyl onto silk screen - it sticks enough to pull it from the backing paper, but not much to the vinyl itself. Perfect for non typical surfaces imo.
