I wanted these for a a faux tree in a side decorated with a modern organic design. They are naked wood so easy to paint or stain if you want, but I kept them as is for my style.

I am obsessed with these. They have a very high-end look, and are exactly as pictured. Sometimes I worry about ordering wood items off Amazon because they can arrive a completely different tone/color or texture than the photos, but these were surprisingly better. Cannot be beat for the price.
