Q: comes the pair or only one ?

They come as a pair. I have had them now for more than a year, these are good quality pedals.

Q: it says on amazon page that this is for men. My package says Large on it. Do these come in a medium?

No, only the Large is produced any longer.

Q: Do you have to wear cleats with these?

No. These pedals do not work with cleats. Where comfortable sneakers. You simply slide your foot in and tighten the strap.

Q: Will these fit any bike?

That's a pretty broad, non-specific question, but I'd venture to say yes - it will fit any bike that accepts a 9/16" pedal spindle (the part that threads in to the crank). 9/16" is the most popular. The other size (1/2" pedals) are for cheapo one-piece cranks, while 9/16" pedals are for 2 or 3 piece cranks. You probably use 9/16", which is what these are.
