Out of the box they don't cool amazingly well. Temps stay around 50c in idling/Bios. I used the default thermal grease which is not doing well, with a 10c difference between the two coolers I bought. I'd probably suggest using better thermal grease. Yes they fit the WS C621E Sage. Your welcome.
