No they are not lined. The fabric is quite light, very soft and easy to wear, but it is not winter weight. If, like me, you feel the cold, the answer is to wear s pair of thermal leggings underneath, very cosy! Then your trousers can be worn all year round.

I have certainly returned items with no problems.
