I just checked the back of the speaker and the specs are: 5W output, 7.4V, and 3600 M Ah capacity. I believe that is a misprint. If you haven't purchased this speaker yet, DO NOT BUY IT. The controls on the speaker don't work, the lights work intermittently, and the bass is weak. If it wasn't for the remote, I wouldn't be able to use the speaker at all! I did not return the speaker because I could not find a comparable size speaker in the price range (6.5" dual speakers).
