This has been my favorite home improvement purchase of the year! It was surprisingly easy to assemble and install, and it works flawlessly. It comes with a remote that can control multiple windows — either individually or all at once with the push of a button. But the best feature is the app control. You can open and close the curtains from your phone and even set schedules for them to automatically open or close at specific times — it feels so convenient and luxurious. I had priced similar systems from other companies that were nearly four times the cost. This DIY option delivers impressive quality at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend!

We have a wall of windows in our bedroom. 14 foot high and 24 foot across. We have heavy blackout curtains and this rod handles them with easy. It is quite and works perfectly with google home. Two years of automatic daily cycles with no issues. Watched it install videos before tackling the install and I put them up myself.

I love the end result. But.... The main issue there are three or four different how to assemble videos and none of them are exactly the same. The video we were instructed to watch said to cut the tape at the count of 22 teeth. That was about two teeth short. Had to take it apart and using a hacksaw cut off about 1/4 of an inch of the metal rod. 😫 Finally got everything assembled only to learn they had not sent enough hanger loops for the drapes to accommodate the extra long length, which is what I ordered. I have ordered more hangers but will have to rehang the massive drapes once the new hangers are added. But I love the function. All told we have probably 10 hours at least dedicated to the constructing and hanging electric rod.

I purchased two of these tracks and am very happy with them. Assembly is very straight forward and they have Youtube videos explaining every step. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the first one, and about 15 minutes to assemble the second one. Build quality seems to be very good and the unit is very quiet when in opening or closing. The motor can be placed on either side but it does have to be plugged in at all times. The curtain can be controlled via the included remote control, home automation service, or you can simply give the curtain a little tug to open or close it. I have it as part of my home automation system, which opens the curtains after the sun has stopped shining directly into the window and patio door and closes them at sunset. One thing to keep in mind is that depending on how much room you have on the left and right hand side of the window, you may not be able to expose the entire window. In my video, you can see the small window, which sits next to a wall, doesn't get fully exposed because there just isn't enough room for the rail to allow the curtain to move all the way to the side. Overall I would recommend it.

So hard to install, too many parts. 2 task rabbits came and couldn’t figure it out. Way too expensive for all the hassle

Purchased 3 of these. Running all with one remote. It was easy to set them up in the SmartLife(Tuya) app and since that is already linked to Google Home, they showed up there. and respond to voice commands (see video) I reversed the direction of one motor in the app, since it hangs on the opposite end. All motors are covered by the drawn curtain stacks. They are super quiet. The window-wall faces directly south, so we got blackout curtains from IKEA which do the job well. We have them automated to open 30 minutes before sunrise and close 30 minutes after sunset. One motor would not pair in the app, but Quoya support sent out a new motor after a little troubleshooting by email. My advice is to watch all of the videos which might apply to your application. They cover several different mounting options, double or single pull, customizing the length, and how to pair the app. They are well done and detailed. They do not come with wall brackets and Quoya had zero stock, so we ordered generic ones from Amazon and adapted them to the included rail clips.

Let me save you some time. This is really the only product of its kind if you’re looking for an Alexa enabled, smart curtain opener that looks good too. Every other option I’ve researched had loud motors and ran on batteries which is not something you would want to have to change every few months or so. With that being said, Quoya can charge their premium, for what is probably the best smart curtain opener on the market. Overall, I would give the installation a difficulty rating of three out of five, but I’m more impressed with how much documentation and videos Quoya had on their YouTube channel. I messaged customer support because I had a question about ceiling mounting my particular model, and within a day or two, they uploaded a YouTube video with a description on how to install it correctly. I’m not sure if this was a coincidence or not, but just know that their customer support is attentive, and they are listening to you. After the install, my large curtains open and close with ease, work on a timed schedule, and impress all my guests. I would definitely buy again.

Very pleased with this power curtain rod. It was fairly easy to install, especially using the various videos. I was able to set mine up for left side opening. The multiple lengths of rod made it easy to fit for my 12 foot sliders. It was a one person job up until the actual mounting as it was way too long and heavy for me to hold up and mount on my own. Would buy again if I needed another curtain rod.

the product cannot be as tight in the rail as one would wish, that means that there is an unpleasent noise when the slides passes over this area. I am sure this can be be minimized taking the rail up and down making minor adjustments, but it is hard for 2 persons taking a 6,7m rail down and up for this, and recieve new results. The product except from this and another minor problem is AWSOME, and I really LOVE IT!!! The other minor problem is that I can with voice (Google Home) turn it on and of, but open and close curtain just opens it, open should open and close should cloke as turns on closes and turn off opens etc. All together a big thank you for this AWSOME product!!!!!

Sincèrement, je trouve que c'est très bien. Bon soyons vraiment franc. Le montage n'est pas de tout repos, il faut prendre des mesure, couper par ci par là, ect. Mais ça en vaut la peine ! Je l'utilise quotidiennement avec mon assistant Alexa et je n'ai même eu aucun problème lors de la recherche du produit pour l'intégrer à une routine. J'avais pris le modèle blanc, mais force est de constater que ce n'est pas vraiment blanc mais plutôt blanc grisé. Ça va, ça ne se remarque pas encore de trop. Attention qu'il vous faut une prise à proximité de l'endroit où vous compter l'installer. Si vous ne désirez pas l'utiliser avec un assistant vocal, le rail est fourni avec une télécommande qui est facile à apairer.

The supposedly white tracks were dirty (fingerprints) and full of aluminium dust, it was necessary to use a vaccum cleaner to remove it. While a lot of details to assemble, the support videos are excellent. Few days in use, satisfied so far. Will see in a few years if reliability remains. Would recommend. Ordered 3.
