I was SO happy and surprised with this. I buy journals for my mother as she loves them. This one was such a find, I kept it for myself and I hate Journaling. But I use it for notes. It is very well stitched, it is genuine leather (has smell and patina). It's also buffalo leather which is a unique plus. The pages are lined and have room for dates. The pages work beautifully with my fountain pens, and don't bleed through. It has 260 pages, in 5 sections. Came with a nice black pen, blue ink, magnetic cap. (The leather pen holster I bought separately fyi). For 17$ it is better quality and more affordable than many knock off companies. I plan on buying several more for Bible notes. I have gotten several compliments on it. Comes in 2 sizes. The cherry on top, it came sealed in a nice designed box, with a quality note from manufacturer, signed by manufacturer by hand. From India If I am not mistaken. Definitely a keeper.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I bought this for my boyfriend and I to write letters to each other. We’re going to be away from each other for a few weeks at a time for the next few months, so I had an idea that we could write letters to each other in the book and give it to the other person each time we see each other. We both love unique items and this is exactly the product I was looking for. The leather work is absolutely beautiful and there are no imperfections or anything on it. The paper is thick enough where ink won’t bleed through and it seems very durable. The pen it comes with I feels like it is the smoothest writing I’ve ever experienced. This pen is also durable and I love it. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for this type of journal/book because it is amazing. I will be buying another one from this business when this one fills up.
