Flavor is perfect. The heat level is on the mild for true chilli heads but probably hot enough for average humans Either way this is a must have for the flavor alone. It's outstanding. & I've tried a lot of hot sauces. It has a touch of heat. And Habenero peppers have an excellent, unique flavor. Sometimes I like eating Habenero whole, off the stem. Chocolate. Red or Orange, straight from the source umm. But this sauce is great on anything. Especially food in need of a little extra flavor & a touch of heat. That's why this is one of my go-to table sauces. It's worth the price, I just wish more grocery stores had this on the shelves. Bottom line if you like flavor & hot sauce you'll like this. Heat level is about 2/10 (chilli head scale) But for the average person that doesn't eat "super-hot" peppers for fun, it might be hot enough. The flavor alone is enough reason to enjoy this sauce. And quality as you would expect from Melinda's. And if you're looking for a way to add more heat, get some hot pepper flakes. Ghost Pepper. Trinidad Scorpion, Carolina Reaper, 7-Pot Primo for example. Then pour some of the flakes into an empty salt/pepper grinder & lightly dust your food. That way you get the Best of both worlds heat & flavor. There's tons of truly spicy hot sauces that have flavor too but this will always be one of my favorite. And it works on everything. 5/5

I'm a big Melinda's fan and I think this is my favorite version, the right balance of heat, flavor and a tang of lime juice. Not your typical vinegar sauce. But like all hot sauces, shake the bottle well every time! The ingredients settle out quickly and you want the last drop to be as good as the first!

The price is way too high? Yes, my local Safeway had em on sale for $199.00 I got em all, but sadly no other grocery in the metro DC area offers the XXXX. Just the XX, or XXX.Geeking here, but guess I will have to let it got: Too high priced

I'm already a big fan of Melinda's various hot sauces and this one is my new favorite! I can't enough of it.....I've been putting on all kinds of food, chicken, lentil soup, salad, the list goes on! It's definitely got some kick, but the flavor is amazing!

I have been a sriracha girl for 10+ years. I was in high school when it swept the country and got really popular. I just out grew it. I needed more spice. I’ve been buying different hot sauces for the last 8-9 months and this is the only one I’ve bought multiple (3) times. I like that it is also fermented. It gives it an extra layer of funk and depth. I will say I have a very high spice tolerance and I don’t find this to be very spicy. If my husband and I didn’t use restraint, we could use the whole bottle within a week. That said; it obviously tastes really good, they don’t skimp on flavor over at Melinda’s. I’ve tried some sauces in my endeavors from other brands that were gotten rid of after the first taste.

The title says it all. Out of all the Melinda's hot sauces this is my favorite. There is a fermented taste that adds some depth. While not the hottest in the Melinda's stable it's gets my vote as far as flavor goes.

Fantastic heat for a habanero and the best flavor. Great for everyday usage for people who like a lot of heat but can go a day or two without a reaper or ghost occasionally. Flavor is unmatched.Edit: Buying my second 4 pack, literally my favorite all the time, on everything, sauce. I love my superhots but for all the time constant usage this is it. I’m obsessed, it’s that stuff you annoyingly want to tell everyone about. That sauce that makes you want to spend money to send to other people so they know too 😅🤣 it’s good man.
