Q: Is anyone else receiving the old version of this conditioner? I keep getting the old (not the New & Improved) version shipped to me.

Yes I just received my order today (2-28-23) and received the older version. I planned on returning it because I wasn’t sure if it was the real product. But seeing I’m not the only one, maybe so.

Q: Can this be used as a protein treatment

I would use as a deep conditioner versus a protein treatment. This is a great co-wash and go product as well.

Q: How often can i use 6n1 honey and oat treatment

Hello ! The treatment is not meant to be used each time you wash your hair . If anything , space out the times you use it .

Q: Is this conditioner safe to use every week?

Not only do I use it weekly but I sit under the hair dryer at least 15-20 min for a deep conditioner. My hair feels like silk when she rinses it
