The PSV-5 package combines large water bath capacity with a full 9" depth. Custom lid can be placed right-side up or reversed to nest into pan.
Pan is a 4.75 gal. Cambro 12189CW135 12" x 18" x 9" crystal-clear polycarbonate pan let's you see and position pouches. Withstands boiling-water temperature, is NSF and dishwasher safe
Psv-5L lid includes clearance notch that accommodates many commercial immersion circulators including the Anova One, Anova Precision, SansAire and Nomiku Classic Circulators.
Includes our SVE expandable stainless steel rack with handles and polycarbonate hold-down strip

Pan: 4.75 Gal capacity, 18" x 12" x 9" deep, NSF and FDA certified resin, withstands boiling water and is dishwasher safe. Rack: All stainless steel with plastic handles and soft rubber feet. 5" wide with 4" high removable 3/8" diameter pins. Length is adjustable 6" to 14"
