Such a great item. I am not a hand launcher or lander so this is always in my flight bag and used every time i fly. Lovely quality and wipe clean, good size for mini drones.

Bought this as my grass was a bit too long even after cutting it! Pegs down if you need it to (you really shouldn't) and it folds away handily so it sits nicely with the drone bag. Not used it at night but the orange is very handy for landing making it nice and easy to see for my old eyes during the day.

Just bought my first drone, after reading a number of reviews & videos, I could see a lot of people using matts, as its a seemingly fragile device with not much ground clearance, containing a lot of electronics it made sense to protect it from the ground, re dust, sand, dampness etc, it also made sense to get the larger version which should give the drone a bigger landing target, I selected this one partly as it had the most purchases, also I liked the option of having two colours for ground contrast, it seems to be well thought out design, waterproof, folding, a printed compass, it has a protective bag and sturdy little pegs. It is slightly bulky and heavier than I thought it would be, but I accept that as part of its robustness, considering it will be in contact with the ground, value for money is arguable, as its only worth what people are willing to pay and hopefully it will last a long time, if looked after. Only time will tell, but I think it's an essential piece of kit to protect your drone.

This is a perfect size for a mini drone, such as dji mini range, it is easy to use, heavy enough to stay put in light winds, and definitely saves the drone from harmful landings, as I found out once when I had to land fadt in an emergency, came in to land and didn't realise there was sand in the grass, it all got kicked up and sucked into every crevice available, I always put this pad out now, wherever I am flying, it is easily visible from the drone camera, as well as with the naked eye, and having a high contrast side is great for dark landing areas, I don't fly without it now, after my expensive lesson learned, and now with the latest mini drone I don't want to damage this one, so prevention is better than cure .

Quality durable materials, WATERPROOF and pegs included. You can't go wrong. It's a decent size too.

Average. The eyelets are rusting, it not like I use it in the rain.

This is absolutely essential purchase for any drone pilot. I use this with my dji flip and it's the perfect size, not too big or too small. The surface ensure safe takeoff and landing without blowing dirt around or getting grass into the propeller. The colorful surface also gives a very visible landing site to look at on the screen. When folded it's easily stored in the backpack. It also includes plastics spikes just in case you want to pin it down in soft ground but honestly if you are getting so much windy conditions, best not to operate the drone. Seriously every drone pilot should have a landing pad and this one does a great job.

Love this! Great for portable take off and landing sites when ground is not suitable. Also, lining up landing site visual on screen much easier to detect. Well made material, even came with pegs to pin it down.
