What a deal I got on my iPhone 12 Pro Max!
Whenever I buy previously used devices, I wait a bit before leaving a review. But I can't even wait for this one! I am so pleased. I placed my order July 4th and got the phone just 4 days later. They shipped FAST! I ordered RENEWED (not Renewed PREMIUM) and I was second guessing myself while awaiting delivery. I worried about the battery health. I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked and saw that it was at 88% health. That is not bad at all. I am more than glad to have the battery replaced eventually when needed considering I saved hundreds of dollars buying a previously used phone AND also sold my old iPhone 8 Plus on eBay. It's only $89 for Apple to replace the battery which is, to me, a good deal considering how many years they last. I'm not bothering to share any photos of the phone itself because there are plenty of those in other reviews here. The phone is virtually flawless. A few very minor scratches around the edges, but I don't care about that. It's covered by the Otterbox case I have it in. Another note is that it was delivered with a tempered glass screen protector already installed. I replaced it with a new one, but it just goes to show they think of everything. They could have removed it but it was a little extra protection while it was in transit. I've been doing my best (and will continue) to try every single feature of the phone before the warranty is up to make sure I don't have any surprises down the road, but I am confident this is going to be my 'new' baby for the next 3 to 4 years. That's about how long I keep a phone before upgrading. I honestly would have kept my old iPhone 8 Plus if not for the fact that I couldn't get iOS 17 on it and I loved the new features of the operating system upgrade. I also wanted a better camera. The sound quality is excellent. the touch screen is completely responsive and I LOVE the beautiful blue color. I implore you to take a chance on renewed/refurbished devices. I have been buying 'like new' devices for decades now and I am rarely disappointed. Any minor aggravations I've encountered have been generously offset by the money I've saved. I always stay a few models behind the newest to get the most savings. Oh! One more thing. If you Google it, many complain of how long it takes the iPhone 12 models to charge. I had the same complaint initially but I just stopped using my convenient bedside USB hub and started using the Anker 60W PIQ wall charger I keep in my living room. That DRAMATICALLY decreased the time it takes to charge. I bought a super long cord here on Amazon so I can charge from a distance and that's all it took. The Anker 60W PIQ charger (also here on Amazon) is lightning fast compared to standard chargers.

Good Phone, One Problem
Phone came in great condition, and although it’s a big change coming to IPhone from Samsung, it appears to be a good phone. No scratches from what I observed, but I also use a case, so hopefully it retains that look. I bought an “excellent” iPhone 12 Pro Max, the everything appears to be in good order aside from the battery health, and the phone came with a screen protector installed. The seller states that the battery is guaranteed to be no less that 80%. Mine is at 73%. A battery replacement for this device is $100+/- so hopefully I can get the seller to do something for me. I have messaged the seller about this concern.

Great buy!
I paid the extra $30 for the Excellent condition, and it absolutely lived up to the description. The phone arrived in near-new condition—battery health is at 97%, with no visible scratches or dings. It looks and feels brand new. Performance has been flawless and noticeably faster than my previous phone, and the 128GB of storage makes a big difference. If you’re considering a refurbished phone, I highly recommend choosing the Excellent condition—the additional $20–$30 is well worth it for the quality and peace of mind.

Propre, aspect extérieur pratiquement parfait. Le seul petit bémol est la batterie qui est à 85% , mais c’est selon les normes Amazon renewed donc il faut s’attendre à ça. Livré avec un chargeur et un fil.

I purchased the 512mb graphite black, in stock when purchased, and received the 128mb blue one with non-genuine screen warnings upon arrival. Also used Affirm, so I would avoid paying the price and be careful. Didn’t even receive the 256mb right below it?… Yeesh! Also MagSafe wallet does not stick very well, especially with the case. Also battery life showed around 79% Cheers!

As I live in a small community; ended up travelling to a City to get help. Over a couple days, the phone server & Jump+Apple Premium Retailer spent several hours trying to get the refurbished iPhone to function. In summary, the phone was non-functional! With all the years of purchasing from Amazon, this is the very first time returning an item. Many thanks from Amazon for refunding the cost of the refurbished phone. I will never buy another refurbished phone.
