Q: No spoon in valclean. How much does spoon hold

The spoon is small and white. I am surprised yours did not have one. Look again. The spoon holds very little between 1/16th and 1/8th. A little goes a long way.

Q: I use Val - clean for my upper dentures, but my question is, can i put my lower metal dentures into the same solution or should i keep them seperated?

You can use the same solution for both as long as the container you put them in is deep enough so the solution covers both parts of your denture.

Q: Can i use Polident on flexible dentures

The manufacturer's response: Polident is an acrylic denture cleaner that is not very effective on Valplast® and may harm the coloring. Polident is designed for acrylic dentures and doesn’t work well on Valplast®, which is a blend of medical-grade nylon. It would be like using a glass cleaner on hardwood floor. The wrong cleanser for taking care of what’s important.

Q: do you use 1/4 of sachet with the same water for a week? It doesn't get changed daily?

No. If you follow the instructions you can use1/4 of the sachet for 7 days. I've never used it for 10 days. Clean any particles stuck to appliance before placing it in the solution and rinse well when removed from the solution. Hope this helped.
