Right now ' I take after I work out ! But I'm thinking .I will take twice a day .

Q: Mine has a fairly strong odor similar to paint. My husband refuses to take it, but i havent noticed anything bad from it. Can anyone explain the odor?

The product does have a smell, although I don't associate it to paint, there's no taste to it.....I put it in my juice in the morning. My husband and I have been taking this product for years and I think it helps with muscle recovery after our workouts at Orange Theory!!!
