Let me just say, I am a bit of a germaphobe. I have been disinfecting my phone every single night for the past few years with Lysol or Clorox disinfecting wipes. I started developing bad rashes and dry skin on my hand from the chemicals. I then started wearing gloves but even that became meticulous and the latex from the gloves also irritated my skin. I came across this when browsing Amazon one day and I am so glad that I bought it. It has saved me so much time and money. More than that, it’s has saved my sensitive skin from handling chemical wipes and cleaners. It does not leave an odor and it’s a great hands free way of sanitizing. I pop my phone in while I shower or get ready. It is so convenient and actually works! It does not make any noise and can charge while disinfecting. It’s about the size of a plastic space maker pencil box (if you remember those)! I got the pink one and it’s very cute. I sit it on my desk and it’s perfect!

I'm changing my review to 5 stars because of the stellar customer service. I've been using my PhoneSoap almost daily, despite the scratches. They don't affect the functionality just the looks of the product. Well today I received a gift from PhoneSoap, 3 microfiber cleaning pads, an antimicrobial pen and a microfiber patch. They also included a handwritten note apologizing for my PhoneSoap not being in perfect condition and offering me not only a refund but a free PhoneSoap XL. They deserve more than 5 stars, but that's unfortunately all I can give. I'm just stunned and in awe. I bought this because I liked the idea behind the product. Like most people, I take my phone everywhere and occasionally wipe it but it doesn't really get cleaned. I do find the price to be rather expensive. I'm not entirely convinced it's worth it. I really dislike that there is no power button. When the cord is plugged in and the door is shut, the sanitizer starts automatically. It's a little irritating to have to unplug it every time I'm done using it. I like that there is ample room for my phone, the iPhone X. The tray is also deep enough that I can put my phone with my case and Pop Socket attached and still close the door. I have a few minor cosmetic issues with my device. The outside door has a scratch on it and there are a few scratches on the inside as well. A new item should arrive looking like new! If it's a refurbished or returned item, the company should say so and offer the product at a discounted price. That should be customer service 101 and a company should not be shipping less than immaculate products, especially if it's the 3rd version of that product!! Honestly, the best thing about this sanitizer is how easy it is to use. I plug it in, put my phone inside, close the door and the cleaning process starts. Once it's finished, the light turns off. When it's on, the lightning bolt lights up and there's a blue glow around the machine. The light is subtle; I've used it in a completely dark room and the light wasn't harsh at all.

On January 28, 2023, I left a review expressing my disappointment after receiving a PhoneSoap with a faulty bulb. The company reached out promptly to make it right. Talk about great customer service! On Monday, February 6, my husband and I received a replacement PhoneSoap and it works great. My husband and I are happy and we will continue to be loyal PhoneSoap users. -------------- My husband and I purchased this phonesoap to disinfect our phones. This is the second phonesoap we’ve purchased and the third we’ve had. The first one was a gift. We’ve learned that the bulbs don’t last forever, which is why we’ve had to purchase multiple. However, with this last purchase, the phonesoap was delivered with the bulb on the lid already defective (doesn’t turn on). Unfortunately, my husband damaged the phonesoap trying to figure out what the problem was and therefore we can’t return it.

Great product! The pink is lovely. I like this simpler model because I will use our own chargers if I do charge it; and 10 minutes is not long to wait. I just set a timer when I put a phone inside. It does exactly as described, charging the phone while inside works fine, the only thing I have a concern on is when closing & opening. It's a very hard closing if you lose grip of the cover, which I fear might blow the bulb in the lid. The lid is very smooth & sometime I find it hard to grip to open especially. It's a very well built unit.

Yes...this thing works as advertised. I was sceptical at first, so I decided to make my own agar plates and swabbed before and after, and I had the result after a few days and it clearly shows that this thing works.

Je peut pas garantir que ça stérilise parfait, mais je faire confiance à ceux qui ont déjà testé. Pour moi l’odeur d’ozone et la sensation de propre, c’est suffisant. Ça marche bien après 3 mois, sans grosse consume ni problèmes. Le chargeur marche aussi, mais j’ai utilisé une seule fois

Es un producto sencillo. Muy fácil y rápido de usar. El poder cargar el móvil a la vez que desinfecta es un plus a favor.
