Lean Body MRP Packet

My husband and I wanted to try out this protein mix. It is loaded with protein! I think you probably just need one scoop. If you use two full scoops you are going to have a very thick protein shake. Which may be what you are looking for if you are wanting to increase your protein intake or if you are a guy. As far as the taste goes, this is a chocolate flavor. The texture is very smooth which is nice, but again we only used one scoop instead of two scoops, so I can only comment about the one scoop scenario. My husband loved the flavor, he really liked it! However I really thought the sweetness was over powering and thought it was too sweet. I know thats an odd complaint, but it was too over powering for me. Maybe you will like it! I just let me husband have it! Overall I think the nutritional benefits for this shake are really good. This protein shake is jam packed with tons of vitamins and supplements. As far a competitors go, I think this nutritional protein meal really does a great job about adding lots of health benefits besides just protein. Also with the total calorie count adding up to about 290 calories, I think this is a great shake for anyone looking to lose weight. Or maintain a healthy weight. We looked into getting this protein shake after we didn't want to pay the outrageous price for beach body shakeology anymore. After reading about different products and all of their reviews, we thought it this product would do the trick! And it does if you can get past the sweetness. I think this is a great shake and its definitely great value and quality.

Delicious! Like a Wendy's Frosty! This seriously is as good as a Wendy's Frosty, like a melty drinkable frosty at least :) As a meal replacement, I usually make this with 1 scoop (the package calls for two), a banana (frozen preferred), some fresh pb or pb powder (that I bought from the bulk section of a local grocery much cheaper than on Amazon), 4-5 ice cubes, and 8-12 oz of water or unsweetened almond milk. I also add it either Chia seed gel that I have made, or add a tbsp of dry chia seeds and let those soak in the almond milk for 5 minutes. Makes the shake nice and thick. MMM. So good. For a healthier nighttime snack, I made the shake with only unsweetened vanilla almond milk, ice cubes (necessary to make it frosty like) and 1 scoop of this chocolate protein powder, and it is sooo good. I actually usually make this to help with my chocolate cravings instead of a brownie, cake, or chocolate :) It really is that good. Now, you should know that I was using Shakeology for the past month, so I am used to the Protein Shake taste. It was a little strange at first, but didn't take too long to get used to. As this is my second protein product to try, I am not an official by any means. But I can't think of a reason to change from Labrada. I want to try cinnamon bun next, sounds good! So if you are looking for yumminess, THIS is your shake!

I purchased this protein/MRP because we started a new exercise/nutrition plan, and we liked Labrada's meal plans. This protein powder was part of his supplement "stack". The protein powder tastes pretty good, especially if you are craving something sweet, which leads me to an issue I have...it's full of artificial sweeteners. It has 290 cals/7g of fat/21g of carbs (5g of that is sugar), and has 35g of protein per serving, so if you are looking for something to replace a meal, this is enough to keep you full. One serving is 2 scoops, so I sometimes cut it in 1/2, and mix with unsweetened almond milk. I tried to mix this w/ water in a blender bottle, and it didn't mix too well. I had a lot of powder stuck to the bottom of my bottle, so now I make it using my Nutri Bullet, and avoid that issue. I have some issues w/ a lot of supplements because I'm not really clear if they are suited for women. Men/women have different needs, and I ended up finding that Labrada has MRP's "for her". I haven't tried that yet, but I did end up purchasing another protein supplement (Jamie Eason's made by Labrada), because it has 1/2 of the calories, and it doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners etc. So now I'm typically drinking a Lean Body Shake for a "meal", when I'm feeling hungry, and then drinking the other after a gym session. I've been noticing that I am feeling a lot less sore the day after a hard workout....is it because of the supplement..I don't know, but I'll continue to use this. I've lost 2-3lbs in the first week of my exercise program, so that's great, but it's probably because I've been working out hard, and watching my caloric intake.

I’ll start by saying I like the actual product. I make a shake for lunch every and blend with fruit as part of my diet plan and have lost 37 pounds. My complaint is that every package is short at least 3 servings (6 scoops). I pre-measure servings for 10 days and thought it was short the first shipment so I kept track for each shipment after - a total of 4 - and all shorted servings. I love being able to blend my own protein shake and I like the flavor, just disappointed that the product does not provide the servings for which I paid. I pulled up the item to write this review and also see it’s about $16 higher than all of the previous shipments, a 23% increase…

So I bought this as a meal replacement but when the product arrived it actually says that it’s a protein shake, either way it’s only like a 40cal difference from the meal replacement product but has mostly all the same vitamins and minerals. It’s definitely still thick so it’s very filling and and curb your hunger. It does what it’s says and it’s healthy and won’t leave you hungry so it’s a win/win all around.

Very good tasting meal replacement but way too expensive now.

this is one of the best proteins I’ve tried because the taste is good and it’s pretty nutritious and as a someone who struggles with having the needed calories per day this supplement is perfect since it covers my needs. I also received the order before the assumed arrival date.👍🏼

Good product, taste is pretty good and mixes easily in water. Depending on my appetite sometimes this shake keeps me full for hours, other times I need more food. (I do eat a LOT) I do recommend this product also seller was quick to deliver product.
