Way better than the price suggests
These are cheap enough that you can buy a set for each one of your shoes. I ordered custom Insoles and they had to be customized for the shoe, and cost 20x the price of this. I've been using for over a year and its night and day difference... absolutely amazing.Paying 20x may get you a better insole, but the comfort and quality of this is way better than its price would suggest. I highly recommend it. I can wear chucks again without foot discomfort and they fit well in my boots!

Didn't fit in shoes
Very nice insoles but too thick and high in shoes.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Only wore a few times, but I am impressed! I think the design, construction and comfort are just as good, if not better than the higher priced inserts. I am pleased that it uses a harder plastic mid-bottom for solid arch support and gel material at heel and ball contact points. I just ordered 2 more pairs. Great price.

Squeaky
These are comfortable and provide great support but they are so squeaky. I'll buy better ones next time.

Perfect at half the price of others - my PT person said they were great
Just started PT for plantar fasciitis & my PT person is extremely knowledgeable in the field. She totally told me my shoes were crap but she gave these insoles an A+ and told me they were perfect and to get more for backups or additional pairs of shoes! … Half the cost of identical brands and all the comfort & support. I’m back to buy additional pairs so I thought I’d review

Comparable to Pricier Inserts
Orthopedic doctor said to get inserts for pttd (tendinitis). I purchased the suggested brand inserts and ASICS shoes that are good for over-pronation (gt-2000, gt-1000, kayano). My physical therapist said that my pronation was completely unnoticeable with this combo and he wouldn't have thought I had that issue. The brand name inserts were good, but they've gone up $15 and they were already on the more expensive side. So I took a leap and purchased these. My shoe size is 9 narrow and the small was a good fit after I trimmed it. They fit in my shoes untrimmed, but the end of the arch support plastic piece was digging into my foot. That also seemed to cause the plastic to push away from the foam (I'm assuming that's what's causing the squeaking people have written about). I decided to trim them to match my other inserts. I didn't even trim to the first line, but it made a big difference. No shifting or digging. Mine haven't squeaked, but I can feel the little crunchiness on the one.The plastic is very hard. Not flexible at all. That's what I wanted. I know that inserts can cause foot fatigue when you first start wearing them as you're using your foot muscles differently. I will say, I don't have plantar fasciitis so the center bump is kinda annoying - especially before I trimmed them to align with my foot.Tl;dr: Good for over-pronation when worn with proper shoes, but ensure you trim them and get the proper fit or they'll hurt and be uncomfortable.

These help me with plantar fasciitis.
Now these things for my feet are phenomenal!!! I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I have had surgery on my left foot. A plantar fascia release. And I went to school to become a Prosthetic and Orthotic Technician. I made everything for myself in school night splint, orthotics, etc. So I found these and they are helping me. The only issue is I wish they could make them last a little longer I'm on my feet in a warehouse and I have to replace them every 3-4 months but at $9.50 plus shipping a pair should I be complaining? I'm grateful for this product NO ONE!!! should have to suffer from foot pain. I just hope that the seller keeps them in stock so I can get to them fast if needed. I will be buying from this seller again and I thank you again for your orthotics. Thank you and have a nice day.

Well made
They are very hard under the foot. They are also too high to go in my footwear. I had to cut them down to fit so haven't tried to return them but don't think they're suitable for me.

Easy fit
These arch support shoes insole fit well in the shoes and are comfortable to wear. Easy to cut if needed, so light that it’s barely noticeable when wearing them. Will probably take few wears to notice a real difference but so far it feels good. Will be back to update the review
