Excelent product and service

I have always been an active person. I played sports in high school and have maintained good health for the majority of my adult life. Like most people, I have gone downhill a bit, but nothing too severe. I have always been into my health and believe in taking supplements to aid in keeping healthy. I do take a multivitamin and a few others here and there. I am not as consistent with taking other supplements, because let’s face it, they are pretty expensive after awhile and will add up pretty quickly. However, I am fortunate enough to be able to get more supplements to better my health and take my fitness journey to another level. My only true goal is to stay healthy, not to be in any competition or anything. So, I ordered some BCAA. I do a lot of weight lifting and this has helped me. I was taking creatine, but I like this face this has creatine in it so that’s one less supplement I have to take at once. I take it once before I hit the gym and after. I like the face there is only one pill to take, unlike some I have taken in the past with two or more. It does give me the boost I need. However, if I am feeling extra tired in the morning for not sleeping well I will take a pre-workout to get to wake up. Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are found in most available preworkout supplements. They are amino acids that help your muscles in a variety of ways. The effectiveness of BCAAs is pretty heavily debated, with the general consensus leaning toward BCAAs being useful in your muscles getting energy more efficiently, absorbing protein more efficiently, and wearing out less quickly. So, you will (in theory) be able to work out harder and longer with less fatigue and pain after your workout. Combine this with any sizeable amount of caffeine, and you will (probably) be able to have a harder workout. BCAAs do not replace a solid workout. They, like creatine, make it possible for your body to work harder, so it grows faster. You will be able to and need to increase your workout intensity if you want these to have a full effect. Also, they are reported to have a stronger effect in people who have not been exercising very long. Keep in mind also, that a lot of meats will already contain BCAAs, so if you are meeting a solid protein goal (~1 gram of protein per kg of body mass), then you will likely not need BCAAs. You may need BCAAs if you are a vegetarian or if you get most of your protein from a protein powder that doesn't already contain BCAAs.

This product does what it says. Although it is not a significant boost at first, the more I took it before and after workouts, the more I could lift and I could lift longer. I found I was not as sore after workouts, which increased my motivation to continue through the bottle. What I really found significant was the mornings and evenings after the workouts, I wasn't as fatigued either. I have moved out of the country but when I return I will continue the use of this product. I received this bottle to test the product.
