Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix

I followed the directions exactly! So easy and the pancakes were delicious! The texture was as expected and light. Worth the extra money to have a gluten free quality pancake!

Delicious, substantial and no crazy ingredients

I'm all in for organic anything. But it was a small bag for the price. The bag looked a little beat up. I just wish that if a vendor is selling something organic, that they went the extra step with the packaging. I don't like plastic bags. This is a somewhat hard plastic bag. I'm concerned about microplastics rubbing off during handling.

I love this pancake mix. It's simple to make and you can add berries or banana to really kick it off. It's healthy and delicious and I will definitely be buying it again.
