❄️ Cool your rig, not your vibe — Arctic P8 fans keep it silent and sleek!
The ARCTIC P8 PWM PST Value Pack includes five 80mm PC case fans featuring a wide 200-3000 RPM range controlled via PWM Sharing Technology for synchronized fan speeds. Optimized for static pressure, these fans deliver 23.4 CFM airflow with minimal noise at just 0.3 Sone, powered by advanced Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnets for enhanced efficiency. Their rubber-mounted design reduces vibration, making them an ideal, cost-effective choice for silent, high-performance cooling in desktops, especially on heatsinks and radiators.

Best Inaudible fan you can buy for under $10. Rivals Noctua A9 Perfomance and Noise at 1/3rd the cost.
The Artic f8 pro pwm and the Artic f8 pro with pst both are amazing 80mm fans. First of all they are super cheap at $6-$8 a piece shipped which makes them the cheapest 80mm fans on the market. The entire fan is stationed on the rubber casing which prevents vibrations from spreading to the case. This fan runs at nearly silent and the sound is pleasant at full rpms, but most of the time it runs at 500-600 rpm which is inaudible to my hearing. My whole case has noctuas in it, and while they are slightly more silent than these at similiar higher rpms, these at 1/3rd the cost make more sense for the avg user. Unless you need that completely silent pc go for them. They are pretty much inaudible at anything other than full speed. Attached a video for your references. Their build quality is good but be careful upon installation, saw some reviews which mentioned issues none of which I've experienced, but doesn't hurt to be careful with the rubber casing. Note: they only work for exhaust ports as the other side has rubber inserts for noise and vibration reduction. If you need them for intake usage get the non pro pwn version instead. Virtually the same as the pro except it works on both sides and cost a bit more. Only downside I noted is there is a slight ticking noise you can hear if you put your ear right next to it. Inaudible from 1 feet away but i like to be detailed so letting you guys know. I noticed the same on the non pro version and didn't notice it on the noctua version. The nearly inaudible noise doesn't go away even on rubber inserts so it's just how the bearings might be.

SILENT!
I was upgrading my HTPC and my priority was keeping it silent. I already had an Arctic Cooling CPU Cooler so I trusted the brand. Now that I have tried this fan I am in love with it. The fan does not pull that much air so I would only go with it if you are building a Home Theater or a computer for basic tasks. The rubber housing is flexible but as long as you don't shove it in and hit it with a hammer it will not break. Pros: -Truly silent -Power control -Sleeved cable -extra 4 pin connector Cons: -Cable could be longer -Doesn't pull much air

Cool and quiet
I like these fans. They're a little funky in their design, but I think that's due to its noise-minimizing qualities. I paired two of these in a Norco RPC-4224 24-bay server chassis, and they're working great. I did have to "modify" these a bit to get them to fit, but that's the Norco's fault, not the fans.

Great fans except for the overly flexible shrouds.
Everything about the fan is great; quite, moves a lot of air, and you can Daisy chain the 2 to only use one header. What I hate is that the shrouds have very minimal distance to flex before hitting the blades, and being rubber the shrouds flex very easily. This means that cable management is a pain in tight areas because there can be absolutely no pull on the cable because it will shift the shroud into the fan.

Good quiet fan for a reasonable price.
Very quiet fan. Seems well made. I did have to remount it once because the power connector wires were not quite long enough; but that's as much a symptom of the poor design of my mainboard (with the case fan connection positioned at the front of the board, whereas the mounting location for the fan is at the back of the case) as it is the fan's.

Finally just the fan I needed!
Recently I've had a few ASUS heat sink fans go bad in the Costco ZT systems. Usually I have to replace the whole heatsink because finding just a fan with the 4pin board connector is nigh impossible. I've taken to buying a fan hear and there hoping to that by listing 4pin connector that they mean board but usually it's the old 12V power supply connector. This fan(ARCTIC COOLING F 8 PRO PWM ARCTIC F8 PRO 80MM PWM 700-2000RPM FAN) has the 4 pin board connector, fits the heat sink, and is quieter also. Thank you thank you!

Quiet, Can barely hear it running at 100%. ...
Quiet, Can barely hear it running at 100%. WARNING: You can't use this on a cpu cooler without drilling fresh holes into its frame and getting longer screws.

Quiet
Installed a pair of these for exhaust in my recent 4U server build. Very quiet and moves the right amount of air without all the noise. Like the anti-vibration feature.
