Pacific Chai Latte Mix Canister - Spice Chai - 10 oz

Q: I have been ordering for several years. Today my 6 pack came, but one was broken and leaking. I worry about contamination. Not sure what to do?

Have you contacted the company? I personally wouldn't use it.

Q: Why is this batch grey instead of a cream color? I’ve ordered this for years and this is the first time it’s grey. I’m nervous to drink it. 6.2022

I called the company that makes it and they were having supply issues…it didn’t have all the spices or the milk that we were accustomed to. It is more palatable if you add milk to it when you mix it in the hot water. The last time I purchased it thankfully they had been able to get the ingredients we were used to.

Q: How much caffeine is in this product?

Black tea is near the end of the ingredients but caffeine count is not listed on the canister. I mix it into a cup of black and green with milk.I love it.

Q: Why isn’t Amazon selling Pacific Vanilla latte chai tea anymore?

Is available as decaf with other sellers if you search Pacific Chai Latte but is less money at walmart
