No they don't. 3" is equivalent to 76.2 mm and you can find these types of compressors in 76 and 76.5 mm, but your best answer is probably to use an adjustable one.

Q: Is the lip suppost to sit inside the bore? Mine sits on tip of the block and wont "pop" into the cylinder bore. Is this good or bad? 78 350 .030

It has to go on top of the block. Their is no room in the bore for the tool with the piston & rings you have to hold the tool Firmly against the Deck & tap the piston in with a piston hammer

Q: Will this work on. Stock Ford 302/5.0 Windsor?

I belive a 302 has a 4.000 inch piston like a 350 chevy. If the piston is 4.00 no. Hou will need a 4.000 for stock pistons.

Q: Will this work on a Chevy 350 bored .30 over?

Mine was used on a 4.3 chev. Worked great. The 4.3 and 350 chev both use the same bore and stroke so it should work fine on the 350/.030 over.
