Installed this system in my garage for easy access. System was easy to install. also installed a Culligan wholehouse pre filter. System works great, had water tested after installation. Had bacteria in my well water before, now water is pure. I am very pleased with the cost and the performance.

Product came packaged in a custom foam packaging that kept everything safe and in its place. A quartz sleeve was already installed in the housing so all I had to do was attach the wires, insert a bulb, and plug it in. After that I turned it on and checked for the UV light coming out of the water connections so I didn't burn my eyes. I used flexible metal water heater connections and hookup was a breeze. If you expose certain plastic to UV (like PEX), the UV may cause the pipe to fail over time. I did use the blue monster tape as others suggested and I had no problems with leaks.

I have installed 2 of these now, both for customers of mine. No issues on one, but the other one had a cracked inner crystal tube (may due to shipping?) that I did not catch. I’m initially worked great but was called back to find a melted transformer box that is attached to the cord. When I opened the casing water rushed out, so I knew that the inner seal was compromised. I put in a message to customer service, and they sent me a new replacement within a couple of days with ZERO hassle. Since then they have both been in operation continuously for almost a year with no issues. Highly reccomended.

Nice and quality product. Easy install and directions. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because not in operation yet. Do have concerns that directions state that if water stays in tube for 4 or 5 hours that it gets extremely hot, what if you go away for a few days off? Do you turn it off? Will check with manufacture. Will follow up in a few weeks when I test water

I need help. The glass tube the end of it where you tighten it down my installer broke it broke some of those little tabs. When I went to replace the bulb for the first time when I went to disconnect the end of the 304 stainless steel pipe that the bulb and glass pipe goes in I heard a crack. Well what's happened it broke so much that water got inside with the new bulb and it shot the bulb right away. I need help I need to get a glass tube and I need to get I need really and truly I need everything here's why. For the wire goes in and after I tighten it back up it started leaking. I removed it and then I parked around the electric wire that goes inside the unit. But I was successful at stopping the leak that was no problem I was able to do that but water got in with the bulb because the tabs that are molded into the glass tube or damaged. So I need some feedback please can I buy parts a new glass pipe a new wiring system and a new end cap can you help me with this please.

Been having well trouble, been troubleshooting the smell of water since purchasing property. As a life time plumber with zero experience with a well first started with best carbon filter made, worked only a short time before having to change! Looked on Amazon for help with problem and read reviews about ultraviolet lights seemed to make sense so purchased one, arrived in 2days. Bought some pex piping, couple of adapters, couple valves thirty minutes later plugged it up. Let the hot and cold run until the hot water heater was filled with fresh clean water and abracadabra, worked like magic, who woulda thought it? Best product ever , thanks life’s good!

Let's start with my Order date, it was shipped on the same day but the carrier marked as delivered and it did not show up till a few days later and no I did not miss the first delivery they Just never came... sounds familiar USPS... Item arrived with a broken tube one message to the seller and they agreed to replace it "TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE"... Came with all the parts for install and was very easy to install, I see many reviews with people talking about leaks and so on never seen a drop of water from mine if you ask me I think they just did not do it properly. I defiantly will buy one for a spare and VALUE for your money is way more than expected i was unsure which one to chose so many on the market and I thought as its cheaper maybe it would not be as good but comparing to more expensive ones I had before I cannot see any difference. will update this in 6 months so far so good.

This product did work for removing the slimy feel in our water. Now it’s been over a month and the slimy feel is back. Waste of money.
