Q: Do these help itchy eyes from having dry eye and allergies?

They should, yeah. Everyone will be a little different though. Sometime earlier in 2016, I was getting crazy itchy red eyes (like pink-eye) out of nowhere. Tried normal drops, they'd help a little bit then the eyes would go back to red the next day. Used these drops for a couple days and everything was great. Now I use them maybe once a week, and even then its just cause I want to lube up my sight holes.

Q: Can you use these drops when you wear contacts ?

You must remove the contacts, use the drops and then replace lenses.
