Q: Does the velcro on the strip hold up to taking off and on over and over? My foster dog doesn't pee as long as he has one of these types of things on.

Q: What bottle and what hole? Description makes no sense. Does this have a strip or tabs?

Well typo comes to mind for a bottle I do believe they meant body and as for a whole I do believe they forgot they were talking about the male band and not the female diaper. That said, these fit well and I like them they have two tabs and if you need to remove the band before it is soiled the strips still work because they aren't really sticky they really kind of cling but they hold well I've had no problem and I've tried many on the market. And another thing I think is important is that they are soft against the skin.
