Anusol is great for those that suffer from piles (haemorrhoids) or any associated symptoms such as bleeding or an itchy bumhole. This cream is soothing and will help to take away the pain and other symptoms that you may be suffering. I don't want to write too much about my usage of this as it's a bit crude but I can tell you one thing - I'm not using that protruding extendertron that came with it to apply the cream! Look at it! [shudder] Anyway, this is good stuff if you're a haemorrhoids sufferer but if you do think you have the symptoms of piles, please go and see your doctor first to make sure that it is haemorrhoids that you are suffering from. If it is, then this cream will definitely help you.

Apparently depends how bad you have them. Good value for money and easy to use. Pain relief varies from person to person.
