Definitely Not Russian/Made in China
I originally bought the egg for mother's birthday. Although the pictures shown have a perfect crafted egg and says comes w/hinge... It doesn't. The egg itself is heavy, the two pieces sort of snap together; and if not careful can drop. It's a beautiful piece, wish craftsmanship was better. The color is a beautiful deep green. Egg itself was alot smaller than I had pictured. The legs arecrooked, doesn't really stand straight. I guess for the money it isn't too bad. Not to be prejudice... But, come on! A Russian egg duplicaed & made into tiny trinket from China.I had come to expect BETTER QUALITY manufacturers used by Amazon. I mean... It's AMAZON, I use to order everything from here.

Excellent Egg -Good Quality
Beautiful Egg - Excellent Quality - it says it has a hinge - but it does not. The top comes straight off and if you are not careful it will fall and be damaged.

Bonito artículo.
El acabado es un poco "áspero" comparado con el de la fotografía pero en general, está bien. Lo único que no me agradó es que no venía empacado en caja, solamente venía envuelto en plástico burbuja. Considero que se protegería mejor si viniera en una caja.
