Works great don’t listen to some of the reviews of this brand
I bought this because I like that I can switch from center drill bit to a skrew driving bit to but skrews in doors and others things but there are reviews for this brand that are three stars that they are no good but this bit works really good so don’t listen to the reviews I give this 5 stars because it is good it is a bit long but it is to be expected for the drill bit it has. I recommend this bit.

Fine for a few uses
The product is fine for a few uses and a good value at the price point. The 1/4 hex shaft is a problem. It has a splined connection that’s pressed into the barrel body. The softer metal of the tool means that the spline is prone to strip if this is used more than a few times. When this happens, the 1/4 shaft just spins in the barrel making the tool useless Still, it’s a great idea for a tool. I used to have a better one by dewalt but haven’t seen those for sale anywhere

Drill bit is needlessly too short
The drill bit has a flat side which is good for registering the bottom of the set screw against. This keeps the bit from spinning inside it's housing. The flat does not go all the way to the end of the bit's shaft so You loose some hole depth. You are instructed to use pliers to remove the drill bit because the spring is waaay too stiff to be able to remove it with your hands alone. You need to sharpie or paint pen the front end of the drill bit to be able to get the flat of the bit underneath the set screw hole. There's a 1/16" of forward and backward play between the hex shank housing and the drill bit and Philips No.2 driver tip. Waaay more slop than I like. The wood shavings ejection hole is a hole, not a slot like it should be. A slot makes it easier to get the wood shavings out of the works. This drill driver bit is close, but no cigar.

Every thing in one unit .
Liked that it was only one piece . It was used for mounting door hinges .
