Good one ...though its manual....yes it forces you to consume some calories....whenever you dont want it.

Good but difficult to assemble
The fan itself is good value for the money but assembly of the fan cage is impossible as the have given a plastic strip where you have to hold the two steel cage and screw 🪛 the strip. Impossible
