Q: What is the difference between the sleep nest and the sleep nest tee?

I just asked the folks at Baby DeeDee this exact question! Here's what they said in their Facebook message: "The TOG rating for the sleep nest tee and sleep nest is 2.5 they are both the same winter weights the only difference is that the sleep nest is made out of a woven material where the sleep nest tee is made out of a jersey material comparable to a t-shirt. It is easier to print patterns/designs on the jersey material so that is why we have both products, but ideally they are the same. The difference is that the sleep nest tee is extremely soft to the touch. Feels like your favorite t-shirt that’s been washed a million times. My kids love them.

Q: Can standing baby stand in this?

Yes, baby can stand up, as sleep bag is long and there is enough room in the bottom. They cannot walk around crib though.
