Fresh, clean and no fishy smell!
I've always loved snapper, and this didn't disappoint. Lovely flavour and delivered with little to no "fishy smell" which is always a good sign of a fresh, good quality fish. Great value for money and perfect thickness for a dinner meal.

I truly enjoyed my pound of baked red snapper. It was juicy and flakey! I had added lemon, pepper, coriander, and paprika and baked at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until my thermometer showed 140. Put more lemon juice on all of it and served with salad and roasted asparagus. Delicious! It was a success for my guests, too! I’ll certainly buy it again!

Good snapper
I got a pound. It was thick and fresh and flavorful. I cut it into three pieces and froze two. The one I baked was good. I had been trying to find a good snapper filet and this was it. It's expensive, but snapper usually is so all things considered, it delivered on freshness and flavor and personally I'll get three meals out of it.

Snapper is One of the best type of fish out there and it’s wild in the market . You pay a bit more but you enjoy a delicious first quality fish !
