Q: what does this smell like?

It has virtually no smell, but my nose is not very good anymore. It's like a mild talc smell going on. Once you've used it there is no smell associated with it on your body.

Q: Does it have safe natural ingredients?

I have sensitive skin and I have used this product with no problem

Q: I use this in my shower as i don't think i can rinse off well. is that ok?

I would imagine that would be okay. My husband uses this product frequently and does not rinse it off and has no issues. He highly recommends it.

Q: What is the difference between this product and the no rise Body Bath?

As far as I can see, this one has glycerin in it and is used directly on a wash cloth. The body bath is added to bath water in a bowl or whatever.
