12" Miter Box with 14" Back Saw

We needed an inexpensive miter box for cutting replacement trim pieces for our very old house. While not even close to top of the line quality, this plastic miter box and saw has performed well enough for the bulk of odd cutting jobs.The miter box is plastic and at the end of almost every cutting project there are yellow plastic shavings on my workbench. For the infrequent use this gets from me, I doubt that it is any danger of being cut through but heavier users might have issues over time.The saw is also fairly low quality, but again good enough for my needs.This is OK for small, infrequent projects but I wouldn't put too much trust in the long term durability of the set.CFH
