Q: Can this be used on Mofset?

I don’t see why you can’t. It’s electeically non conductive. As long as you can attach a heatsink to th surface it should work.

Q: How long the paste will last on the CPU?

Probably last until you remove CPU. Mine has been running continuously for 56 months. Temp reads the same as when I installed the CPU. Remember to clean & use new compound any time the chip assay is lifted.

Q: How long will the paste last once applied on a cpu?

it last for awhile, the only reason to change it is when you're changing a cpu or dismantling a system.
