So far these have worked really well. I bought them for use with Beachbody's 10 Minute Trainer since the Beachbody bands get really poor reviews. I've only had them for a little while, so I don't know about long-term durability, but all was as described as best I can tell. I'd recommend them!

The product seems to be well made. I would recommend it to folks who benefit from and enjoy this form of exercise. I bought them to try them for the first time. This method just doesn't work for me. There's just not enough resistance and I can't get used to the stretching of the bands.

The bands are short for me and I am only 5'1. When I use both feet on the bands and lift above my head, it reach well. Really. I've used a different brand in the gym.

I was hoping the guide would have more exercises that didn't involve attaching things to doors. I was looking for more resistance training by stepping on it with one or both feet. There were a few examples, nut I think there are a lot more ways to use it. May purchase an exercise book. Otherwise, they seem well made and come in a great bag to keep them together.

Good product at a decent price. I have only had them for two days though but decided to go ahead and write a review for the simple fact that I have gotten multiple emails from the company since my order.

Bands work well, handles are sturdy and foam covered for better grip and easy on the hands, adding the stronger bands to increase resistance is quick and easy. 1st workout today with them and they did the job.
