you can buy the click adapters at the store--however we purchased this to prime our pool, slipped it inside the skimmer and it ruptured immeadiately, so if you are using high pressure like an outdoor faucet you might look elsewhere

Q: Can you use this at a cleanout, or do you have to put it into the sink drain?

I suppose you could, but I have not. The sink drain is smaller and this works for that but I suppose it depends on the diameter of your cleanout. I think my cleanouts are too wide for this.

Q: is bladder flexible to manage curves in 3-4 inch corrugated drain pipe?

I have used this product on a 3-4 inch inside diameter corrugated underground landscape gutter drain pipe with a couple of turns. I got it to work. but you might need to wait to connect the hose to the water pressure until after you have gotten the hose and bladder into proper operating position inside the drain pipe. I twisted the hose in a clockwise direction while moving it back and forth. Be careful not to twist it in a counterclockwise direction or the bladder might unscrew and come off of the hose and remain in the drain pipe. My drain pipe had abrupt edge corrugations which caught the bladder. The drain pipe also had slits which is why I was trying to push the bladder well into the drain. Normally you only need to insert the bladder enough to make a seal because the water pressure is transmitted through the sealed pipe to push on the clog. With drain pipe with slits this doesn't work. Good luck.
