Q: Is the mesh comfortable for the seat part? Back lumbar looks comfortable, but is the mesh on the tush good?

The mesh seat has very good ventilation, and provides good support. I can sit comfortably for an entire work day, which I could not with previous leather and fabric seats. Note that all mesh chairs have a slightly abrasive feel, and may increase wear on clothing that rubs against the mesh.

Q: Is it possible to remove the arms if I wanted to go arm-less?

Although technically the armrests are removable, I think that answer could be misleading depending on what you are intending to do. Yes, they come off, but the bottom of the armrest is part of the back support, so you can only remove part of the armrest. If you're wanting a clean athletic look, the armrest does not come off completely.

You need new arms. I went through 2 pairs of arms that stripped before I finally got the 3rd set that tightened correctly. It's a bad arm design. It's a good chair for the money. Customer support is very good! They sent me out everything I needed to get my chair working without delay. I am very impressed with their service!!!
