Personally I take only one a day and alternate with their fantastic well balanced VM-75 w/o Iron. Do vitamins work? Despite some very critical journals I adhere to the wisdom of Earl Mindell's New Vitamin Bible. Do an honest evaluation of your own eating, breakfast, lunch and dinner, do you really eat a balanced breakfast and lunch everyday, what about dinner? I think the honest answer is most of us don't. No need to overdo it, but one vitamin and one antioxidant formula every other day should provide all the "insurance" you'll ever need. Don't smoke anything, drink two or less alcoholic drinks a day, get some moderate exercise and at least 7 hours of sleep and you may be lucky enough to look like me when your older...only kidding.
