They are perfect. I love the little cup at the top for the granola. I wish I would have gotten a bigger size but other than that all is well. My husband loves them every morning for his breakfast. It fits perfect in his lunch bag and is very sturdy. Great for parfaits and side salads!!!!

My new favorite breakfast! Love the easy fitting insert and secure lid. Great quality.Vanilla yogurt, couple spoons fulls of frozen berries, honey oat granola, done! I make it the night before and by morning the berries are cold but not frozen. Mix it all up and enjoy. Super easy and tasty! Will buy again.If you want to write on the outside, be sure to do that before filling the cup.
